Herbert gave us full service even though it was for less cost. He was very professional, pleasant to be with, and super helpful for us as out of town buyers. He watered our lawn and plants between closing and move. A great pick even if it weren't also the best deal out there financially. If you don't use Herbert or his SRE colleagues, you're throwing away money on slick salesmanship that isn't truly better service. Herbert is the real deal.

He always returns our calls/texts promptly, is knowledgeable about the area and the transaction process (and not afraid to consult with someone when he doesnt know the answer), is patient, and most of all he genuinely cared about finding us the right home. It took several months, lots of offers, and countless home tours to ultimately find a home that we love.
