We worked with Holly in selling our old home and finding and purchasing a condo in Nashua. First of all, she's as friendly and involved as an agent can be, and while that's not critical, it's always easier and more fun to do business with a person you like as opposed to just someone that doesn't offend you. She was very knowledgeable about the local areas of both the sale and the purchase. She brought us qualified buyers that had no difficulty in getting a mortgage, so the sale went smoothly. The condo she found for us was perfect... just what we were looking for. And, it was available at a bargain price. We simply couldn't have asked for a better agent, and while we don't expect to be house hunting again in the foreseeable future, we would use Holly again in a heartbeat.
