Holly was a godsend for me and my husband. As first time buyers, we had no clue what we were doing. Holly does her research and tries to get you the best deal on a home. She has wonderful instinct and is seasoned at her job. What puts Holly on the other side of competent to phenomenal, is her manner. She got to know me and my husband and took care of us in a way I can only describe as how our southern auntie would treat us. She helped us with all of the mishaps that came up around closing. Holly is the only realtor I will trust when reselling my home. Shes a gem!

We were very fortunate to meet Holly and retain her services to purchase our beach home in Kiawah Island. Holly was diligent and patient in helping us find the place we wanted even to the point she was willing to give up her commission to refer us to Kiawah Island Real Estate where outside agents are not allowed to represent the buyer. We respected Holly so much we decided to pass on any properties where she could not represent us and I am very glad we did as we found the perfect villa in the end. Holly made buying our vacation home super easy! She was the sellers realtor when we called, and since we were from out of town and didnt have a realtor, she agreed to be dual agent. But by all our experience she was our sole interest because she balanced it so well! She made us buying from out of state under different laws and process work smoothly. We literally did the whole thing long distance - Holly made it seem like we were there! She helped us way beyond the contract and closing including all the due diligence and intricacies. Holly is an extremely professional agent who we worked with for almost 2 years before we were ready to make the move from North Carolina to Charleston. Throughout the two year process she kept us informed of new listings and was very patient with us. The agent she referred to me listed it within days of that conversation and had a ratified contract in hand within five days of listing. Call her for referrals anywhere you need a sale. I met Holly after inquiring about a home on Zillow. She responded quickly and with great interest, sincere inquiry and shared her knowledge of the property & area. I then met up with Holly at said property. She was prompt, respectful and had a few good ideas on how to improve the property, use the property and negotiate the sale. I chose not to move forward with that property. I contacted her again shortly thereafter. She immediately set up a viewing of another property, sent the appropriate agency forms via email, and showed me the property. Again, I did not choose to move forward with that one ... but since Holly took the time & interest in my personal needs, she is on the look-out for that "needle in the haystack" property for me.
