I started One Percent Broker in 1998 to represent home buyers (and some sellers) interested in saving money by doing some of the legwork on their own.
My mission has always been to represent a client's interests above all else and have convinced numerous buyers NOT to purchase a property because I believed it would be a poor investment. Ultimately, I felt my business would prosper in the long term if clients knew their needs were addressed with great care and expertise. My rebate to buyers of all of my commission above 1% of the purchase price is a bonus on top of the benefit of my extensive professional experience and my commitment to personal service.
