  • Hunter and I connected, but did no business

After several emails describing what we wanted, Hunter set up a time to meet. He rolled up to the hotel, never got out of the car, never introduced himself. Over the course of 3.5 hours, I learned more about Hunter's personal life, his car(s) his family's background and the fact that he did not have "product in his hair that day" which got him into a frenzy when we went into a house and he thought "construction dust" landed on his head. He was unprepared to show me houses, even though he said he would, and when I asked to see them, he threw a temper tantrum and said he doesn't like to be criticized. He preferred to talk about Raleigh's bars. He asked if I liked baseball (no) then proceeded to drive around the stadium so I could see it. I asked to see houses and neighborhoods and he went into a rage, stopped the car, and said he was done. He said he would return us to the hotel, proceeded to drive fast and furious down the highway until I asked him to slow down. He did, then speeded up again. A horrible agent, not worth your time. Should lose his license. Arrogant. Demeaning. And not very honest. Told me that houses in the price range I was looking for do not exist in the Triangle area. For the record, they do. He didn't care to search for them, or perhaps isn't knowledgeable enough about the area.
