We had to accomplish a fairly complex cross-country move involving major downsizing for our primary home and setting up a secondary apartment to be used a few months at a time. Ian's sensitivity to our age and emotional needs as well as his solid sense of the local market helped him to advise us on schedules and procedures and give us the time that we needed to do everything we needed to get done. He kept in touch for the few months that it took to accomplish this and when it came time to act he did so in a competent and business-like way.
