Ilene McKenna was commissioned to list and show our home--She did everything necessary to ensure that our home would display well and would attract buyers quickly and effectively--Working together with us, a quality website listing was developed picturing the property in a very positive light--In preparation for the open house Ilene notified agents that she knew would have interested clients--We needed only a one day showing as we received multiple offers from the open house--

We have used Ilene to sell 2 homes and to buy 2 homes. Every time she is very diligent and detail oriented. She knows her market which definitely saved us time on doing the research ourselves. I can also always trust her if she recommends a vendor whether it is for home repairs or a mortgage broker.

I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude for all that Ilene has done for us. She went well above and beyond with the sale of our home. She went out of her way to make sure our house looked amazing and she dealt with all the countless numbers of people walking through our home. She spent countless hours dealing with the bank on our short sale and made sure that we got the best possible deal. Ilene even helped us with pool issues and made sure our home was secure from theft (a lot of a/c units were being stolen in our old neighborhood). I cant thank her enough for all she has done. I would definitely use her again. We were even pleasantly surprised when she dropped off homemade baked goods to our new home during the holidays. I mean seriously what realtor does that 2 years after closing! We have bought and sold a few homes in our lifetime to know when there is a good realtor. Ilene is A-MAZING!!! I normally dont write reviews unless they are negative....I know that sounds bad...but when a well-deserved person does an outstanding job......then she deserves a 5 star review!

Ilene's tag line is "Putting the heart back into home ownership" and she exemplifies that statement by 10 times. She actually "puts the professionalism back into real estate! We can't say enough about Ilene! She is extremely responsive, helpful in every way, very caring, and so fun!!!! If you want to find your dream home she will make that happen. She is very sensitive to all of your concerns and any special circumstances you might have! One last thing I might add is, all of the professionals that she deals with, in processing your contract (mortgage companies, title companies, home inspection etc....) are all of exceptional caliber. She knows how to make things happen and keep them moving. I would highly recommend her and would go one more step to say, that if you don't use her, you will miss out on the best Real Estate experience of your life!!!

I felt immediately comfortable with Ilene; as if we had known her for some time. Coming from across the country to buy a home in an area we didn't really know too much about she made us feel at ease and I felt we could trust her. She spent many hours a day with us to help us find the right home in the right neighborhood. Her knowledge of the areas we visited was great. If she didn't know the answer to any of our questions, she found the answer. She is very well organized and has a great personality for the business she is in. You can tell she truly loves her job and wants to put the people in the homes they belong in!!!
