After watching my parents build our second home from the ground up, I was hooked at the age of 10 by the complete real estate experience and totally enamored by our real estate agents. (Corny but true!) I used to beg my parents to take us out to the house to see it under construction. Before they decided to build our home I would beg my parents to not go looking at houses while I was in school and would be very upset when they did. When we would visit the real estate agents office, I would ask the agents to let me help them do paperwork. Looking back I’m sure they thought this weird little girl has no idea! After graduating from North Carolina A&T State University I pursued my new found love and worked as an on-air personality for a major local radio station.
