Irene has represented me as a buyer and throughout the entire process has made me feel like my house search and I were her top priorities. She is very intuitive and a great listener who gets to the bottom of what you want and adjusts her search/ tailors her approach based on feedback she receives, steers you in the right direction by providing you with both pros and cons to consider and answers any questions you might have along the way. She demonstrated herself to be an effective communicator who is very task oriented and promptly responds to your inquiries, quickly addresses follow-up items and generally gives you a sense that she is very well-organized and knows how to keep things on track. What also made working with her easy is the fact that she is very flexible and accommodating and was willing to work around my timeframe and busy schedule. Irene is very pleasant and polite but she is also a closer who doesnt shy away from tough negotiations, is tenacious and knows who to engage in conversations to get things done and done on time, be it addressing any outstanding repairs, engaging with the HOA, other agents or working with the mortgage provider to make sure the deal closes on time. Thanks to all of these qualities coupled with how smoothly my buying experience has gone (largely due to her involvement and hard work!), I highly recommend her!

Irene was excellent to work with during the home buying process. She was incredibly knowledgeable which was very helpful as this was my and my husbands first home. We would have had no clue what to do without her! She walked us through every step and provided professional guidance that was invaluable. She was always available and responded quickly if I sent an email or left a message. If we ever leave this home we will definitely us Irene again!
