- Iztaccuauhtl never responded to my request
I never spoke with Iztaccuauhtl directly - he never even bothered to call me and introduce himself as my loan officer or broker. The transaction took longer than it should have we did not close on time. I had an issue with an over payment of debts and the Escrow Co was holding $5,000.00 of my money and he made no attempt to communicate with me or help resolve the issue in order for me to get my $5,000.00 back. He was rude and not professional when dealing with my Fiance on the matter - which i did not appreciate. We got paid a healthy commission on my loan - yet made no effort to aid or assist when i needed his help. I would never recommend him.
