Sent me a lease. We signed it, then he decided to give it to someone else because they didn’t communicate to the owner that we signed it. Communicated this to us via text on Mother’s Day.

Mr Work struggles with organization and communication. He cares little for those he works with and those he provides his services for. He'll tell you whatever you want to hear just to get the close. I called him regarding an issue that came up after close, verbatim "I don't care about you or your feelings". If you are interested in a professional realtor, look elsewhere.
