So lucky to have found Steve and Jacque for my recent real estate adventures. They helped both to sell my house and buy another. Firstly to sell my house, which they got done within a day of listing, and secondly to buy a new house, which was a process! Steve and I visited a lot of properties, he is very knowledgeable, both about the area and the specific things to look out for when viewing a property. He would usually make a bee line to the water heater, hvac, roof etc as soon as we got to any property. It took us a couple of months to find the right place, he never seemed to lose interest in the search and was very patient with my pickiness! When we eventually did find the right place the work was far from over, we had to deal with some especially difficult circumstances regarding the seller and Steve worked his tail off to get everything organized so we could close on the correct date, it was down to the wire but we got it done! Even after the closing they were still working to help everything go smoothly, Steve and Jacque even showed up the next day to help move some of the junk left behind by the seller! Amazing!! They really went above and beyond to get this done for me, honestly can't imagine having had a better team to help me out. All I can say is, if you're buying or selling your house, USE THEM!!!!

Can't say enough good things about Jacque and Steve! Jacque has actually helped me purchase two homes to date. She is so much fun to work with but most importantly, is extremely responsive. You say jump and she says how high. We probably looked at upwards of 30 homes before actually settling on our current home, and she was always available to show properties at our request. It is also very helpful getting both Jacque and Steve out of the deal, because they can fill in if the other is unavailable so you don't miss a beat. If you choose Jacque or Steve as your agent, you won't be disapponted!
