I purchased my first house with Jacqueline when I was in a pinch and needed a house quick, but didn’t know if I had enough money to buy one. She was great to work with! She kept me informed, explained things in layman terms, and went above and beyond by negotiating a great price and for the seller to pay the closing fees so I could make it all happen. Jacque found a great starter home in a good neighborhood in Gilbert for me. She did all the research and found me a house next to a hospital and with a great school district. She understood what I was looking for and anticipated my needs. Over the last 9 years the house has appreciated so much that I am now selling and buying a new one. I truly wouldn’t have been able to do this deal without her. I would highly recommend Jacque and am going to work with her again to both sell my current home and buy a new one this year!
