Indescribable focus and dedication! I hate to use the analogy of a Pit Bull to describe such a beautiful person. However, Jackie fought like crazy to, not only sell my house for more than what I had expected, but she also found us a property that was beyond my wildest imagination. Jackie spent considerable time getting to know every aspect of every detail about what we wanted in a property. I found out later that she had gone through and found every single property in San Benito county that even remotely met that expectation. She then had hundreds of special cards printed up and sent them out all over the county to people who did not even have their properties on the market. Jackie would even go up and knock on doors of properties that we might be interested in. If she had even the slightest inkling that they might be interested, she would follow up after continuous follow up with those people and/or their preferred agent, all the while, keeping me updated on the status of her search. Jackie even had to fight against my own hesitancies at times. She found a property that was way out of my league. I told her that I did not want to see it. I didn't want to get my hopes up. They were asking way more than I could afford. Finally, after Jackie's persistence, I went to see the property and to make a long and amazing story short, ended up getting the property for an amount within my budget. As far as realtors go, there is NONE like Jackie. With Jackie, you will experience indescribable focus and dedication!
