We have known Jackie since February 2005. She was referred to us by our friends who had very high regards for her. She successfully helped us find and close on our first home. Jackie has a very good understanding of the real estate market in central NJ. When we started looking, we were looking for a home in the towns of North Edison, Westfield and Scotch Plains. She is very well versed in these towns to the extent that she provides feedback about streets and neighborhoods that only locals would know. Her knowledge helped us zero in on the neighborhood of our choice.She is very well respected by her peers and has a wide network of professionals that she works with. When it was time for closing, Jackie helped us by referring home inspectors, attorneys and mortgage specialists. She provided us with several references for each of them with the pros and cons of working with each of them. While none of these were binding, having the choices definitely helped us. In particular, the home inspector she referred was so good that he was also hired by the sellers of our home.All through the home buying process, we found Jackie to be very objective of serving our interests. She is patient and we never felt any pressure to buy or make a decision that we were not comfortable with. In other words, she let us find our home. At all times we found her to be prompt and courteous and willing to go the extra yard to help find us information (when she didnt have it)

We absolutely loved Jackie! She helped my husband and I find the perfect house. We were moving from a different county so we didn't know much about the area we were looking, but Jackie pointed us in the right direction. She was honest, had great local knowledge, and if there was something she didn't know, she made sure to find out an answer. Jackie was very patient with us throughout the entire process. She was very quick to respond to emails/texts. She was very thorough and when it came to making an offer and closing the deal, we felt that she really worked for us and made sure we got a good deal. We found Jackie through my coworkers. We interviewed multiple agents in Westfield area and found Jackie the most compatible with us. I think we made the right choice. We first met Jackie in January 2017 after contacting her to see a home listed in her area. This was the first time my fiancee and I were about to buy a home so it was safe to say we were nervous about the whole ordeal. Jackie was able to answer some of the questions over the phone and invited us to her office so she could explain the entire process of buying our first home. We felt immediately at ease. We saw how Jackie was very knowledgeable in her trade as well as the area. She was very kind and patient with us as we pestered her with multiple questions. She showed us some of the areas that would be the best for us to live in. As we went through multiple homes, she was honest in telling us if she spotted potential issues or that the house was simply not the right fit. All this to say, Jackie's customer service is simply out of this world and would recommend anyone to contact her if they require to buy or sell a home.

They say buying a home is a horrific experience, but Jackie disproved that completely. I cannot say enough about her honesty, responsiveness, patience and care. She understood our needs and helped us balance our dreams with our budget. I deeply appreciated her ability to say "this is not the home for you" and her willingness to get out with us every weekend to hunt through inventory and our own uncertainty. Once we found a home we had a drawn out negotiation with the Seller and we always felt like Jackie had our best interests at heart. Buying a home is not horrific, but it is an ordeal and I'd recommend people go through it with Jackie every time

Jackie worked seamlessly with us through the entire process of selling our home. Her approach was so professional and thorough, working in partnership with us from staging to pricing our house. She was always friendly and available, no matter how many questions we had. We were able to sell our house within 5 days after 5 offers. We were also very lucky that she chose to help us find a new home, taking us on numerous rides to the area we had chosen. Even though we thought at times that we had found the right house, she usually would show us just a couple more and in the end, that made a big difference. After seeing many of our picks more than once, we did find the perfect house for us. I have recommended Jackie's services to many people because she is so professional and works with her clients as friends. She made the selling of our home of 45 years as easy for us as possible. We trusted her and we always felt that we were in good hands.

Jackie helped my husband and I purchase our very first home.
