Jad helped us find our home. He sent us the listings very quickly and got us in to see the homes we were interested in immediately. In the case of our home purchase, we got the listing the day it posted, got in to see the house the very next day and put in the offer. We had an issue with the mortgage broker that we had originally contacted and were worried we would lose out on the house. He put us in touch with another mortgage broker who was able to get us moving quickly. We closed on the house in about one month's time. Also, he always returned calls promptly. I would highly recommend him for your home purchase!
