Jamie knocked on my door to convince me to let him sell my house due too financial situation I was in at the time. He would have hope on 1 foot and barked for an hour if I asked him too just to get the listing. Part of the deal was I had to fine a home to rent and he was to get me into a new place. So that same day I agreed Sign the papers to list the house and about 12 hours later I get a phone call the house is sold. That's great I don't even have a Box yet along an idea of where I'm going to live he tells me don't worry don't worry you'll stay in the house until you find something bold maneuver it will work it out in the meantime let's get you a place. It took 2 weeks to even get him look at a place. He Suddenly disappears doesn't return calls text messages if he does he has a terrible attitude terrible attitude unprofessional We finally go to look at for houses I had to now do the research on my own and register with the website so I can go and tore homes on my own because I couldn't wait for him but I was getting phone calls and text messages asking me when am I gonna be out of the house these people want to get in. So when he promised me that I could stay in the house Ill rent from them was no longer on the table because he never brought it to their attention. He lied completely through his teeth Jaime. Then when I closed on the house, on his own never asked or said a word to me but added an additional $5000 to the selling price! I had to pay his commission on it and I find out at the closing table I was infuriated. We called him and I was mad so he said fine well just cancel everything and you can go into foreclosure! I think hes a disgusting human being he'd left me for dead. Thank God I found another realestate agent who got me into a perfect home no problem everything was a problem with Jaime not 1 place would accept my application to rent etc. Always drama.. My experience with him was a nightmare. I had no idea how all this worked he knew that I was honest and upfront the day he came to my home and invited himself into my problems claiming he can and will help me.. He is salesmen who took complete advantage of my situation and used it to help himself and leave me behind with empty promises and try to figure out what to do. He is lazy human being who is only out for himself and that is it. I was in my home after closing for a month and a 1/2 I never once saw him after the closing on my house. He got his check and he was done with me. He do anything he promised me he would do and needed him to do. That's why I listed with him.. he was gonna get me in a place he promised me! he couldn't care less he literally left me for dead I had a get out of my house and had nowhere to go. He he did notjing he said I did enough for you . Meaning sending me listings online that's all he did 3 different times in 2 and half months and he didn't even do it his assistant at it. He sold my house to an investor he new. He put no effort into having my best interest or to protect me.. Even at closing the women said to me wow who is he working for you or the buyer.. I'm warning everyone about this agent. There are so many other agents out there that care not only about the money in their pocket but the money in your pocket and about you and your welfare that are not going to throw you under the bus and toss you aside once they get their check! There are plenty of good realestate agents out there Jamie Miranda is NOT for anyone but himself.

I want to thank everyone who takes the time to review this Weasel Jaime Miranda. I did business with him once and he tried really, really hard to change the price of my home last minute and take $5000 off the price, but he didn't get over on me. A couple of years later he found out I had another home to sell and tried to Weasle his way into buying that home cash, but I already new about him from past experience......EVERYONE, BEWARE of this person. Don't fall into his begging tactic's. He loves to beg!!!!
