James Benson

Born and raised just outside of Oneonta, NY in the very small town of Westford. I am a graduate of the State University of New York in Cobleskill with a degree in Restaurant Management and moved to Florida in 1997. I have been practicing Real Estate in the South Florida markets since 2002 and visited the Cape Haze Peninsula during the fall of 2004 on a short trip to purchase a few vacant lots as an investment. My experience during those few days was amazing, life seemed to move at a slower place, the waterways were incredible and the hospitality of the local residents was second to none. After a brief return to the East Coast to wrap up business, I returned to the area and officially began selling Real Estate in this region on November 1st, 2004.
