James and Mercy Escamilla are the best husband and wife team! They were able to find me the perfect home for me and my family at the best price. I had ventured into buying a property and I was pre approved for a modest amount. I had searched for an agent on-line and was assigned 4 real estate agents. Three never communicated with me, and one did call but I got the impression she wasn't happy to help. Then I saw an open house sign and stopped by. It was hosted by Mercy.
