Jim was a go-getter from the first call. I received a card in the mail about one of his listings. On the first call to him, I decided to give him a try. He had my house sold above my pricing expectations within about a month! He was always brutally honest (a necessary evil in real estate) and consistently offering ways around barriers to the sale. We did this entire sale from out of state and only met in person once for a brief ten minutes after the house was in escrow. Great job all the way to close!
