From there he worked in retail mortgage originations for Citibank and Countrywide. From there he went to work as a wholesale loan originator for WMC Mortgage, a subsidiary of Money. While there he was part of one highest producing teams in the company with mortgage originations volume exceeding one hundred million in just one month.
He also has worked in loss mitigation for JP Morgan Chase in short sales and loan modifications. With these background James was able to leverage this background into his real estate career.
