James Sances

I have been in the business since 1986 and believe myself to be a dedicated professional. I have extreme knowledge of the area and have seen it's growth over the 50 years I have lived here in the Fox valley! I consider myself to be enthusiastic about home selling and buying and reflect that in my relationships with the people I have had the pleasure of working with to achieve their goals. My skill levels are many and the one that seems to be of great importance to my clients is my ability to negotiate an offer in their favor. I am a deal maker not one who gets hung up on the small things that get in the way of procuring a buy or sell for my clients. Whether its' a home or an investment property, commercial or leasing situation.
