I called Jim to seek his professional advice on preparing my home to sell. Jim was very responsive, he researched the market in the area and assisted me in establishing a fair price for my home. We both came up with a price independent of each other and were both on the same price range and quickly moved forward. Jim took excellent photos of the interior and exterior of the house, provided a comprehensive description of the highlights of the house. We put up the For Sale sign on Friday afternoon and we had a firm offer w/in five days. Everything worked out smoothly with no issues. We were very pleased with Jim's services.

Jim shive have us excellent service and advise. This is not the first home that we sold but it was one of the better experiences with a realtor. Jim deserves his full commission and more. I will recommend him to everyone that I know
