I had my house rented out for 2 years after my renter failed to qualify for numerous loans to buy my house, which he really wanted to buy, I honestly became nervous. I decided to call Jim I didn't do much research at all honestly I had seen a sign locally and just picked him out and figured I should just start somewhere. My first impression completely took away all my nerves Jim scheduled my house for pictures and he told me what my house was worth and how strong the market was. Jim Snodgrass was an exemptionary realtor. He was quick to respond and very knowledgeable in the short sale process. It was a long hard road, but Jim handled everything for us along the way.
