I was selling my house and buying one at the same time, which is quite challenging and time was of the essence. I have worked with many good realtors, but James was clearly the best. We had were looking for a good deal on an oceanfront condo, south of Daytona Beach. My wife was very specific-- 2-4 Floors, low traffic area, direct ocean view from Master and living room, garage parking. This seemed impossible on our budget. We created a list of possibilities from various websites, and James took it from there. He investigated the good, bad and problematic of each property. We found our dream home at an low price, he negotiated it down by $20,000. Complications arose, when a sprinkler caused damage before the close. James handled this entirely, arranged repairs, repainting in our color and an extra $2,000. Finally, at closing we received 50% of his commission toward our costs. Thanks to James, we had some money left to make the place a home.
