James Stiltner

I have been in Colorado Springs since 1968 and in Real Estate and New Homes Sales since 1993 , Stiltner Realty and Master Bilt Homes are the Company names that I work under. Master Bilt homes is currently building in both Colorado Springs and Monument. We build from the $275,000 in Colorado Springs and in our Patio Home community in the south end of Monument. Also in Monument off County Line Rd we have a custom neighborhood with 3/4 acre treed lots starting from the $450,000 range all of our pricing includes the lot price and very nice features which were chosen to fit the neighborhood and price point. More recently Stiltner Realty has been representing more sellers of properties in the area to include both Homes and lots. I spend a lot of time with my customers and try to make sure we find the home that fits both their expectations and price in a timely manner.
