We met with James over a long holiday weekend with the original intent of looking at a few properties and scouting out areas we might want to live in. But then he brought us to the perfect home in the perfect location. It was an opportunity we had to jump on, so we made an offer right then and there, and the rest fell into place. But even if we had gone back to our home state "empty handed," we'd still be praising James for his experience, knowledge and passion for the real estate business - and for providing superior service to clients.
