Jamial was extremely helpful and professional throughout our whole selling process. His knowledge, experience, and positive attitude allowed us to remain calm when things seemed to be falling apart. That was huge! Jamial was with us every step of the way, getting information to us before having to ask. When we did have questions for him he answered them immediately. We didn't have to wait for a call back or email. That spared us a lot of stress as well. When the person I'm going to for answers doesn't have them, that is very frustrating.
