- Jamie showed me homes
We gave her a list of what we wanted in a home and asked her if she was familiar with the area. She said YES, however we found that she really didn't nor did she scope out the homes she was showing us. We ended up seeing a lot of places that were "trashed", stinky and termite infested [notable tunnels in the walls]. We were definitely not impressed. We did find an agent who did the "homework" before taking us to see places; we did purchase.
