- Jan listed, but didn't sell, my home
Not very good, as a buyers agent she can get paper work done when needed. As a sellers agent she is not good at advertising and selling, she needs to market and try to actually sell better. Also she is not good at knowing the value of the house, basically back peddling when she couldn't sell saying it was the price. Yet a new agent sold it at a much higher price then she suggested in only 4 days of listing
