Jan Cass

Hi, I am the most different real estate agent you will ever meet!! Call me and find out why. I will tell you all the tricks of the trade and how to save yourself a lot of money letting me work for you. I treat my clients better than my family (don't tell me family) and work tirelessly for you until your home sells or we find the home of your dreams. I am a military wife so I understand the lingo of the military but more importantly, I understand the stresses of relocating that your family endures. I will take the worry out of any situation regarding real estate and we will have fun along the way. I specialize in second homes in the mountains, first time home buyers and sellers! I have lived in Colorado Springs for 18 years and wouldn't live anywhere else! I look forward to meeting you! Jan
