My career in real estate started soon after my husband and I started building homes and we knew we needed a Realtor to represent us in the sale of these properties. After the sale of a couple of these homes, I told my husband that I felt I should become a Realtor and sell the homes for us. It was a great idea and while we are not building homes now, the building experiences of designing and decorating these homes, taught me much about the value of certain features, the overall construction process, and that each buyer should find the home that not only meets their needs but is a reflection of who they are and what they like. I also learned how important pricing was in any market and that getting the price right the first time was in the best interest of both the buyer and seller.
