Hi, I could never recommend Janet ...I filled out an application and she just ignored me after one day of interest ...She hasn't sold a house in over a year because shes working for application fees. I hope this review prevents someone from being scammed

We viewed this house with a Real Estate agent (whom I wont name). He showed us the property and emailed us the application. The next day, we submitted the application to him and he forwarded it to Janet. We got the run around that it was no longer available, then a few hours later she sent a text asking if we wanted to move forward. Long story short, I paid the application fee in the amount of $150 and every day, for over a week she has told our agent she has not received the application. He has sent it to her numerous times! She will not call back when she says she will and I don't have an address so that I can personally deliver my application. I finally got a hold of her when my daughter left a message stating she was going to make a complaint with the realtors association as well as Fair Housing. She stated that she finds the best applicants and then the owner picks the one he wants. Had I known we were in a pool for this house I would have used my money elsewhere so I could find a home!!

This lady has NO professionalism. One her properties are over priced. Two there are so many items that need fixed when asked if they will be getting fixed she could not provide me an answer. Three the properties are filthy and gross is an understatement. There are so many other properties I came across in mint condition compared to what she showed us. Do NOT rent from her you pay a lot in rent and expect to live on a nice clean environment NOT filth!!!

She is horrible and dishonest. She is very demanding and inconsiderate of prospective tenant's time and money. It appears as if she makes a living collecting application fees from prospective tenants. I could go on and on, but I see she's done the same thing to everyone else on here who reviewed her. What a shame and I wish I hadn't wasted my time with her and looked her up first before I submitted an application with a money order made out to her personally.

SHE IS A SCAM AND LIVES OFF OF APPLICATION FEE’s . WILL TRY TO ENCOURAGE YOU TO GET MORE PPL SO YOU WILL PAY FOR APPLICATION FEE’s. DO NOT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME . WILL Try to excite you saying very high chance getting the house then doesn’t even respond after paying the fee. That $50 is what is helping her live . SHES A JOKE

If I could give zero stars for this “agent” I would do so. She doesn’t respond, she says one thing then when it comes time for the contract it’s all different than agreed upon. She does her business out of a UPSlocation so you don’t actually speak with or meet up with her to discuss. Seems very sketchy and dishonest. I can see why her rentals sit vacant for so long. I wish I had stumbled cross these reviews before applying with her.

Called about a property that just hit the market for rent. Rent price of her property and the rent of my current place are the same amount. Husband and I have no kids or pets and have combined income exceeding $250K annually. She never called me back. When I called, she claimed that the property was no longer on the market. In the words of Drake, her loss; for my husband and I are excellent tenants.
