We were moving across the country so began our work witi Janet via email. We gave her our wish list and she made a point to send only listings that fit!! When we were in NC she lined up MANY listings for us to see over three days and one was our dream home. Janet really listened to us and our wants, our likes and dislikes on the first day and then showed us some great homes that made our decision an easy one. She also talked us through all the NC real estate laws which were very different from CA so she made the process smooth for us.
