She went to at least 4 houses every weekend (if not more) and would pre-screen a house if we werent sure we wanted to look at it. She is very knowledgeable and experienced- she could look at the heating or water system and tell you if it was any good or not, or if the house needed work she gave us an idea of how it could be done and if it was worth it. She has a lot of contacts, so she helped us getting a good inspector and structural engineer for inspection. Janet did all our paperwork online, which was very convenient. One of her best qualities was that she was always joyful and patient, she never pushed us to buy a house, she would lay out the pros and cons and she let us decide. I had a fantastic experience with her as our broker and we hope to stay in touch as a friend.

Janet helped us buy our first home. She was extremely patient and helped us navigate the market keeping in mind our many requirements. She was extremely honest and really had our best interest in mind. She did not waste our time by showing us any house that we may have an interest in, exactly the opposite. She always told us her honest opinion and was very knowledgeable about roughly how much renovations cost and how much work certain things will be. She was also great at noticing "handiwork" and when things were not done to code. We still contact her for recommendations when we need something done on the house and she is always helpful.
