The most important responsibility for a real estate agent is the market analysis to help the seller price their home. Janet's analysis was spot on, and helped us price our home for a quick sale without underselling and us losing any money. She gave us great advice on navigating the offers we received and negotiating a final price with our buyer.

Janet was always pleasantly willing to look at houses with us over a six month period. When it was time to make an offer she provided good advice. When it came time to sell our home she came up with a great plan and it sold very quickly.
