Jan has been in real estate almost 18 years, having entered into the field as an associate broker in the Blowing Rock market in 1998.Early in her career, she developed an affinity for showing and selling large parcels of land, but now focuses more on residential properties as market demands changed. However, she is always up for a great hike or four-wheeling on a beautiful piece of land.Three years ago, Jan joined several seasoned Realtors in a partnership selling real estate, a company that became a Premier Sotheby’s International Realty office in late 2015.
