I've also been a Real Estate Investor, with my husband, for the same amount of time. We've rehabbed and flipped 6 houses a year on average, created a small development, dealt with foreclosures and short sells, been landlords and a whole lot of etc. Becoming a Real Estate Broker Associate seemed like a natural progression as I entered a new career phase.
