As a first time homebuyer I knew next to nothing about the process. Janis and Claire were able to help me understand every step of the process, and provided valuable insight along the way giving me much needed peace of mind. Janis and Claire were professional throughout the process. This team met with contractors and inspectors to complete home improvement work after we moved out of state. The contractors they suggested were reasonable in cost and timely. We truly believe Janis and Claire acted in our best interest and went beyond our expectations. Janis even mailed our Kitchen aid tools that were left behind after our move. She found them in a kitchen drawer!

We were first time buyers when we went to Janis and Claire, knowing very little about the process. They made the whole experience seem like it was almost easy. Very professional while still giving the friendly feel to us letting us know that we were well taken care of and in the right hands. We let them know what our conditions were and they kept them up front the whole time never sending us information on homes we would have no interest in. They set us up with a wonderful mortgage broker, an awesomely thorough home inspector and when it came time for negotiating they really went the extra mile. When we met after the home inspection to discuss the negotiations they had read the home inspection forwards and backwards and pin pointed everything that needed to be done and once we agreed they were on it until every last term was met. Every time we asked them for something we got it, every time we had a question they answered it and were incredibly kind and courteous start to finish. The added spark of the Mother daughter team puts them over the top for a truly personable experience. I recommend them to any and everyone , superior rating for us!

We worked with Janis 10 years ago to buy our "starter" home and now she and Claire helped us purchase our "forever" home. They were excellent in communication, ensuring the home search matched our wants and needs and helped us sell our old home in about 1 month (under contract in less than a week from going on the market). They were patient with us in the stressful life event of selling a home and purchasing a new one. They coordinated all of the people that were part of the process (broker, lawyer, home inspection, repairs, etc) causing it to be almost an effortless process and allowed us to focus on moving.
