Jared is absolutely the best! His advertising technique was surprisingly very effective. Jared guided us throughout the whole process and helped by explaining all the offers that we had. He asked me how soon I wanted the house sold and I responded as soon as possible, he said alright, our goal is to sell it in 1 week. Then the following happenedour house went on the market on 6/18/25, we had a buyer all picked out by 06/20/25 with the best offer. Finally on 7/8/25 we received Jareds call informing us that all transactions have been completed and the new owners can finally start moving in.
