There are not enough words to describe how helpful Jarrett was throughout the entire process. It didn't matter what kind of house we were looking at, Jarrett knew what challenges I would face as well as what could be done to make money off of the property. You can really tell Jarrett cares about helping others and cares about his job. I would consider Jarrett someone I can still go to with questions even after the sale. We were planning a move from overseas and set our sights on Edmond due to livability ratings seen online. One of the first steps in the research process was to talk to realtors to get a feel for the market and we reached out to Jarrett because he is an Edmond native. Jarrett proved to be quite helpful by providing us with an objective overview of the area, taking the time to understand our interest in Edmond and suggesting the appropriate housing-search criteria to effectively prepare our "on the ground" search prior to our arrival. This was my first experience selling a home. At first google search, it appears that they're giving away licenses to sell real estate. I can assure you, just because an agent CAN sell your house doesn't mean they're doing it well. It takes skill, research, knowledge of the area, experience with the market, psychology, a bit of manipulation, and (in my case) a LOT of patience. We sold our house in 5 days. That's right FIVE DAYS people. Prep work and closing negotiations took longer but seriously - FIVE DAYS. You need Jarrett. This guy will get it sold. He knows today's market is ONLINE. His web walk-throughs and pictures are AMAZING. He was patient and understanding. Pushed when we needed it, pulled back when things were tense. He can read situations and people. You want it sold?
