Moving to another state and buying a house seemed so daunting to us.We looked into renting but then we came across Jasons profile and after one short phone call we were confident we had found the right guy to help us find our new home. From the get go Jason professionalism was exemplary. He was always on time for phone call appointments and went above and beyond answering calls after hours just to help answer our questions and calm us down when we would panic! After all buying a new home is a stressful time and Jason really took a lot of the stress away. He really took the time to listen to what we were looking for and offered his expertise for buying in this particular area. All of his advice was spot on, Jason really knows his stuff and is a well experienced realtor. He even went and viewed SEVERAL homes for us and took the time to compile professionally made videos of each property. It felt like we were viewing the homes in person! He even helped us out with the sale of our property in Florida because our realtor there wasnt the most informative. In summary, Jason was the best realtor we have ever had. Jason (or "Jay", as I know him) is a terrific real estate agent!I had used the same agent for several real estate transactions, and thought she was great, but we decided to try Jay out when my in-laws wanted to move to where we are. He was with us every step of the way, was extremely knowledgeable, and very honest through the whole process. He was able to answer questions and think of kinks that my old agent never really brought up. I will use him going forward with no hesitation. He's a true relationship manager, and wants happiness for all of his clients. USE JAY!
