Jason Bernknopf helped us purchase our first home last year. He was extremely knowledgeable about the various neighborhoods we were interested in, and was very patient as we looked at 20 or 30 houses to help narrow down the features we were seeking in a first home. He was also very knowledgeable about the construction process and gave us lots of great insights into which homes were well made, and how easy or difficult it would be for us to change specific features within various homes. Best of all, he was very honest with us, giving us great feedback on whether he thought a particular house was well priced or met our needs. He never tried to sell us on any house, but also seemed to know when we had found "the one." I would highly recommend Jason and AustinRealEstate.com for anyone's real estate needs.
