ABSOLUTELY the best agent ever! He is honest straight to the point and always answers my calls. He did an amazing job selling my home as well as helping us purchase our new one with no problems. He did exactly what I wanted and had so many helpful tips that made the process go much quicker. We love him and have recommended him to family and friends.

Jason was extremely diligent and very responsive to any and all matters concerning our real estate transaction. Including dealing with our lender (Summit Funding) who was very unresponsive to our inquiries. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jason helped us purchase a beautiful townhouse in Fair Oaks, CA. We used a VA Loan and heard those are a nightmare, but we had no problems and Jason helped make the whole process move forward smoothly. He kept in touch through the "waiting periods" and responded right away (sometimes within the next hour) when we e-mailed him with questions. I am impressed by how easy it was to purchase a house with a VA Loan. Jason actually sold our old house near the same time so I am doubly happy with him. Jason helped me to buy the condo i am living in now. He was very knowledgable with the different areas around Sacramento and the outlying areas and was very easy to work with. Jason was referred to me from some friends who highly recommended him. I looked him up, checked out his reviews and marketing strategy, and was pretty impressed. I called and he responded right away. We met and I showed him around and explained what I wanted to do to update and the time frame I was looking at. There was a lot I wanted to do in a very short time frame, with a very small budget. He must have thought I was nuts when I told him I planned to do a lot of the work myself with help from friends. And at the same time needed to start looking at smaller homes. I kept him updated on my progress and he kept looking for my new place. Somehow, it all came together right on time. It went to market on a Friday. Saturday and Sunday was the open house. And by Sunday eve. I had 3 offers for more than I was asking. And that was it. He was very helpful, answered about a million questions, and kept in constant contact either by phone, text or email..... This was my first time selling a home and he made the process so smooth I was amazed. Highly recommend him whether it's your first time selling or have experience.
