We recently downsized and purchased a new home in Queen Creek. Not wanting to make an interim move, we did not list our home until after we purchased our new home. Our thinking was our existing home in Gilbert would sell quickly. Perhaps that would have been the case if I had listed my home immediately with Jason LaFlesch at Results Realty. By the time I realized we had chosen the wrong realtor, the pandemic had begun. Despite the timing of the listing, Jason and Results Realty showed our house more the first month than our previous realtor did in four months. Jason is an exert in marketing a home. His team of experts were there every weekend despite the pandemic and I am pleased to report he sold our home very quickly and at an excellent price. Jason and Results Realty are truly in a league of their own - I highly recommend.
