Also gave us idea's of things to do to house. He scheduled showings and kept us in the loop. Our house had two full price offers and one higher , went under contract in two days. He was always there to answer are questions any time of the day

Jason exceeded our expectations for our buying and selling process! He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of buying/selling homes. He was always very quick to respond to questions and concerns and his negotiating skills are excellent! He made our experience less stressful than it would have been with most other realtors! I would recommend him to anyone!

We found our self in a bind with trying to purchase some land to build on. We emailed Jason at 11:45pm to see if he would step in to help us. The following day he not only said yes, but made it to an important meeting that same day at the land so we could move the process forward. From the start he has always been super reliable, responsive, helpful, etc. After that we decided we wanted to use him to sell our house as well. Prior to that we were thinking of sell on our own. He can in with a plan and was ready to have it listed within days. Through the whole process of selling he was extremely helpful and would always keep us updated. Can't say enough about how honest and respectful he has been through the whole process. He wants to be involved in EVERY step of the process to make sure he can provide you with everything you need and make sure it goes as smooth as possible. Over the years we have worked with many realtors and Jason has been by far the best! Really can't ask for anything more!
