Jason Marcordes

I am the founder and Managing Broker for Landmark Realty Group of Chicago. I was born and raised right here in the South Suburbs of Chicago and attended Eastern Illinois University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Education. While studying at EIU, I got my first job in real estate. Although I had no experience in the field, I landed a job as a commercial property manager in Champaign, IL. I quickly caught the real estate bug and as soon as I graduated, I moved back home and continued to manage real estate on the South Side of Chicago. Since then, I’ve managed thousands of units, ranging from single family homes to commercial buildings in the loop. In 2014, I opened my own company and expanded my services. In addition to property management, we now handle everything real estate related including buying/selling, leasing, rehabbing, construction, development, real estate investments, and receivership.
