If I could give Jason more stars, I would. We bought our home remotely, while living in Illinois. Our son in law and daughter were Jason’s go between for us . He treated this sale as if it were his own house. He found items in the house which needed repaired and personally went over to oversee and inspect. He was wise and knew the area and fair market value and negotiated a great deal for us. Extra work was needed to fax papers to us, but not once did we feel like a burden to him. He was excited about our ideas and needs in a house and found our dream home for us. I would not only recommend him to others, I would also use him again If we ever chose to sell. He is a go getter!
