- Jason never responded to my request
Jason was a very un professional guy. Got an air bnb from him and ac was barely working the whole time. Then ac went out. Jason told us that it would be fixed the next day. While I’m the phone with Jason he tired to put blame on us and cussed us out. Also let out a few racial slurs that were very unnecessary and very very rude. Expected us to just stay in the house (103 degrees outside and 88 inside the house), could’ve rented us a hotel or even got us an air bnb for the night but no. Now Jason wont respond to our text or answer our calls and ac still isn’t fixed, 3 hours after he told us it would be. Very very unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend at all. Heard this has happened to a few other people who have dealt with him.
