Jason was a great realtor. I have worked with others in the past that haven't come close to the service and marketing skills that Jason gives. I would definitely use him and again.

Jason was both apart of me buying my home and selling the same home 3 years later. Being in the military it is nice to have quick turnaround in buying and selling a home. I was able to move there and find a home within a month and was moved in a month later! When I came to selling, I had Jason help me sell it and with my good price point I was able to have my home sold in 1 DAY!!! Jason was on it right away!! Hard working, professional, personable and most important, always there. He answered my texts in seconds, days, nights, and weekends, and never tired of showing us condos. Seemed like he was working 24/7 just to accommodate us. I really felt like he was working for us and with us. He found us exactly what we wanted, not what he thought we should have. He negotiated for us, took care of every detail, and had escrow close in record breaking time, just as we had requested. Jason was great! He responded to my initial e-mail quickly, and came to see our condo and meet with us as well. He showed us similar listings in the area, and presented us with a binder full of those listings, as well as information on how much my home was estimated to be worth, and he even included his resume and tips on packing. We were very optimistic, and we could see that he not only loved his job, but he really knew his stuff as well. After he left, he took a few photos of the park across the street to put on the "coming soon" listing on his Facebook page. We got traffic immediately! I never would have thought to list real estate on Facebook! He worked with our schedule for showings, which we appreciated since we didn't want to inconvenience our roommate too much. He also gave us some good tips for how to best present our home. Aside from decluttering, his best advice was, "You're moving? Start packing." The pictures came out better, and it made the final weeks of this transition much easier, since most of our stuff was already out of the house. We also had leak and plumbing issues during escrow, among other things, and there were many times we felt discouraged that the sale wouldn't go through. By some miracle, we were able to close the sale. Throughout this whole experience, Jason remained positive and reminded us to relax. We very clearly got a, "Don't worry, I've got this!" vibe from him.Once we were in escrow, Jason reached out to other Keller-Williams agents in the area we were relocating to for assistance in finding me a rental while I looked for a home to buy. I was floored by the support I received, and although we changed our minds in the end and decided to move somewhere else, I am so grateful that he went above and beyond his duties as our real estate agent to ensure that we were taken care of at our destination.When it came time to pick an escrow company, I decided to go with his in-house team. The way he put it, he doesn't know how other escrow companies work, but he knows that when his team goes to work, they get stuff done. With all the repairs we had to deal with, and the HOA, I was afraid that escrow would drag on and on. His team worked until the last minute to make sure everything went through, and we closed right on time.My husband and I still intend to buy a house somewhere, but unfortunately we're going to be leaving California. It's a shame that we're leaving behind such a great agent. We truly felt taken care of, and that he was acting in our best interests. With that knowledge, we were able to stress less during a VERY stressful time in our lives. I'd happily recommend him to friends and family. Heck, I'd recommend him to strangers!If you're looking for a realtor in the area, you can't go wrong with Jason Walters. Trust me. He's got this. ;)
